SALES ASSOCIATE
The primary duty of a sales associate is serving others through great customer service. We are looking for motivated individuals who love fashion and are looking to help guide customers to the outfits that fit their body type, lifestyle and sense of style. Sales associates welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience. Some responsibilities of a sales associate include, but are not limited to, the following : welcoming customers into the store, staying knowledgeable about our range of products, recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience, keeping the store clean and organized, styling customers in clothing that fits their body type and sense of style, accepting and processing sales, and operating the POS register and resolving returns issues.

FURNITURE SALES ASSOCIATE
The primary duty of a Furniture Sales Associate will be delivering warm, attentive, and design-focused customer service while driving sales and maintaining a high level showroom environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with selecting home decor, accessories, and furnishings; communicating product features, materials, and care; processing sales, returns, and exchanges; and supporting individual and team sales goals. The position also provides hands-on design support by organizing fabric books, catalogs, and swatches, assisting designers during client consultations, taking accurate notes, and helping with client follow-ups. Furniture Sales Associates help maintain visual merchandising standards through styled, well-stocked displays, seasonal resets, and ensuring all products are clean, tagged, and visually appealing. Operational duties include receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory counts, maintaining accurate product tagging, and keeping store and studio spaces clean and organized, including opening and closing procedures. Additionally, the role involves leading higher-value sales interactions, managing custom and special orders, maintaining client records and design documentation, overseeing inventory accuracy, vendor communication, and showroom standards, and contributing to process improvements. The position also supports e-commerce operations by accurately adding and updating home decor products on the website with correct pricing, availability, shipping details, color and size options, and by managing QR codes and furniture tags to ensure alignment between the sales floor and online listings. Adequate computer skills are essential and non-negotiable. To apply, you must be available Thursday - Saturday from 9:30am - 5:15pm.

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
The Social Media Assistant will work alongside our Marketing Manager to follow our social media marketing plan and execution as well as website and app content management and associated data analytics. They will create social media posts across all departments for all channels. They will monitor, listen and respond to social users (comments, tags, direct mail). Requirements: - BA/BS in marketing, communications, or a related field OR proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok - A passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML - Excellent social listening skills - Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space - Ability to talk on camera and model clothing - Ability to work independently If you have any questions regarding the role of a Social Media Assistant, please email them to alexis@revival23.com
