JOB DESCRIPTION : 

The primary duty of a sales associate is serving others through great customer service.  We are looking for motivated individuals who love fashion and are looking to help guide customers to the outfits that fit their body type, lifestyle and sense of style. Sales associates welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience. Some responsibilities of a sales associate include, but are not limited to, the following : 

• Welcoming customers into the store

• Staying knowledgeable about our range of products

• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience

• Keeping the store clean and organized 

• Styling customers in clothing that fits their body type and sense of style

• Accepting and processing sales

• Operating the POS register and resolving returns issues.

Requirements:​

• Tenacity, grit and can-do attitude

• Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday

• Availability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays

• Must be over 18 years of age at the time of submitting application, we will not accept any applications for those under 18 

• Strong relationship skills; ability to develop authentic connections

• Must be goal oriented 

• Team player who works well in a group dynamic

• Able to work on your feet for long periods of time

• A calm presence in the face of challenge or adversity
