RETURN POLICY
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Unworn and unwashed item(s) purchased between November 16 and December 24 may be returned up until January 5. Original tags must be attached and we must have a gift receipt to process a return. We only offer store credit. We do not offer refunds. It is at the management's discretion to refuse an exchange on any item. We will not accept any item that is used or worn. Items not eligible for return are perfumes, lotions, soaps, body products, personal care items, clearance, holiday decor, furniture, lighting, plants, botanicals, linens, and any other item that has a final sale sticker. This exchange policy includes any items purchased at any location and through www.revival23.com.

Unworn and unwashed item(s) may be returned up to 7 days after delivery or pickup date. Original tags must be attached. You can return your item to our Clovis location or mail it back to us, and we will give you store credit to use on your next purchase. Store credit can be used online or in store. We do not offer refunds. Your credit will not include shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you do not pick up your order within 30 days, it will not be available for exchange or store credit.
